Details:

building the parallel package gives 2 types of fatal errors:

In file included from __visglobal__.cc:19:0:
__visglobal__.cc:57:16: error: 'octave_call_stack' has not been declared

pserver.cc:1104:11: error: 'interactive' was not declared in this scope
           interactive = false;
           ^
