Follow-up Comment #22, bug #44338 (project octave):
If I copy it to the bin directory as opengl32.dll and run __opengl_info__ in
octave, it reports opengl as the mesa library. If I copy it as
opengl32sw.dll, __opengl_info__ reports as the video cards opengl
