Update of bug #52013 (project octave):

                 Summary: Cannot copy-paste from GUI command window to other
places => copy to clipboard from command window only copies the first line of
text on Windows after calling clc command

John or Philip - are you able to reproduce this after calling 'clc' as OP
mentions?
