Follow-up Comment #8, bug #45856 (project octave):

I'm running 4.2.1 (hg_id 1327ea4f5a93) on Linux and I'm getting the missing
base-lu.h file when running:

pkg install -forge communications

Is the patch still required for 4.2.1?
