Follow-up Comment #23, bug #42037 (project octave):
now that quadcc takes both abs and reltol, would it be preferred to mod this
function to use quadcc over quadgk if the requested parameters permit? (i.e.,
use quadcc unless waypoints (then use quadgk) or arrayvalued(then use
quadv)...
