Follow-up Comment #17, bug #50025 (project octave):
Correct, in all likelihood the QThread::wait is the necessary item. The
signal/slot connection doesn't have a means for waiting.
Hopefully the next Octave release isn't too far off. There have been quite a
few seemingly critical bugs following the most recent release, so it would be
nice to get something more stable out there.
