Follow-up Comment #10, bug #50664 (project octave):

I'd like to note that this happens even with --no-gui switch. I didn't know
the octave-cli so I had octave aliased to 'octave -q --no-gui' and it failed
with exact same error on exit. Hopefully it doesn't happen with octave-cli.
