Details:
I tried to install the Parallel tool box using
pkg install -verbose -forge parallel
The package fails to build on when checking for "uname":
checking for uname... no
configure: error: required system functions not found
I'm on Windows 10. I know the octave uname command has had troubles in my
current version of Octave (see bug #51830), but I think this is checking for a
c version of the function.
