Details:
On KDE, a build of the commit e0bcd17ac070 results in me not being able to use
the path selection dialog popping up when first executing a script not in the
path. Clicking any of the buttons has no effect.
It looks like this bug has the same cause as these:

I printed the string returned by the dialog in
octave_qt_link::do_debug_cd_or_addpath_error() and it had an additional
ampersand in the front.
