Follow-up Comment #9, bug #52425 (project octave):
This is very strange. Can you please try the attached fortran file? It
reproduces the example. In order to compile and run it, I do
gfortran dsdrv1.f -lblas -llapack -larpack
./a.out
I get the eigenvalues 2.0810 with both arpack 3.3.0 and 3.0.
