Follow-up Comment #14, bug #52425 (project octave):
This is a clear sign of the bug in arpack I mentioned: different eigenvalues
when eigenvectors are required. So, please upgrade your arpack lib. The
mistery now is why previous versions of octave did work. Maybe octave should
warn during installation if arpack < 3.3.0 is found.
