Follow-up Comment #3, bug #52473 (project octave):

I don't get the segfault with default either.

I build with MXE-Octave hg id 5bd49b8168a2. 
I forgot to mention that I had to update openblas to version 0.2.20 because
0.2.19 doesn't build on my hardware. That could be the culprit. (But it works
fine when I use that version for a build from the default branch.)

If no one else is seeing this error, I don't mind closing this report. I guess
I'll wait for an RC of Octave 4.2.2 (if there will be one) and run the test
suite with that one.
