Follow-up Comment #30, bug #50463 (project octave):
The attached patch changes the dynamic_library class to search all loaded
functions if the library name is empty.
I refrained from deleting all other interfaces apart from dlopen and
LoadLibrary just yet. Maybe someone else can do that in the future...
I don't know whether the patch breaks gsvd on Mac and I can't test.
It should be working on Linux and Windows.
As jwe said on IRC, the check in configure.ac should probably be made
conditional for Windows only. Any help appreciated.
