[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #52797] Undocked windows are small and of fixed size with KDE

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #52797 (project octave):

I compiled with Qt5.  As the fix for bug #52378 suggests, I can't drag the
widget out of the main window to make it undocked; I have to use the undock
button specifically.  But that doesn't bother me.  It's the not being able to
do anything with the window that is bothersome.
