[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #52797] Undocked windows are small and of fixed size with KDE

Follow-up Comment #4, bug #52797 (project octave):

The widget is reactive, just small.  I can click on hyperlinks in the
documentation or use the search feature.  However, there is no title bar or
other window decorations.  The dock/undock button is still present, but it was
always inside the window anyways.
