Follow-up Comment #20, bug #52775 (project octave):
I added a dependency of the documentation on macros.texi
(http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/rev/c85871d2a10e) so it isn't
required to manually delete octave.dvi in order to see the effect of changes
in macros.texi.
