Follow-up Comment #18, bug #52361 (project octave):
Could a workaround be sending a dummy thing (space, or period, or whatever) to
the clipboard before setting up anything else? so that the clipboard is
filled?
I've noticed that the second time Octave starts, copy/paste Ctrl-V/Ctrl-C
works fine from then on. So I'd figure from then on the QClipboard signal
works fine.
