Follow-up Comment #47, bug #49053 (project octave):

In this case, I think that the HAVE_QT5 is probably sufficient, unless you
want to go to the work of making a new configure test. For the time being, it
seems that having QT5 will let us know whether to query for a different pixel
ratio.
