Follow-up Comment #63, bug #49053 (project octave):
So does this mean that we now need a check for just Linux (and maybe Windows)
such that the window size is scales by the screen_scale. This also begs the
question as to how to get this screen scale value when QT is unavailable (not
compiled in, but FLTK is).
I need to compile a clean Octave without these new patches and see if the
OpenGL scaling is messed up on the mac for FLTK. I assume it is, and this
indicated we need to deal with Mac and Linux separately.
