Follow-up Comment #66, bug #49053 (project octave):

The recent tests show us that we can't do this QT fix without breaking FLTK in
some scenarios without also making FLTK changes because the proposed patch
makes changes to the low level OpenGL drawing.

We could make this narrowly scoped to only fix QT/FLTK on MacOS and leave
HiDPI broken on other platforms, but would prefer to get it all fixed now.
