Follow-up Comment #22, bug #54396 (project octave):
@jwe: I don't know if it is valid syntax to call scons without target. Since
Octave no longer depends on osmesa the attached changeset should avoid that
situation.
Or would it be better to still depend on mesa for non-Windows targets?
