I pushed a patch to stable here:

And merged to default.
This implements a workaround for the scroll position of the WinAPI Console not
being updated properly. When scrolling up, the auto-scrolling of our Qt
Command Window is disabled until scrolling down again or entering any key on
the command prompt.
