Follow-up Comment #36, bug #52496 (project octave):
Tested 4.4.1 on Windows 1803 with latest security updates and works fine with
both legacy and new console. Many thanks on behalf of windows 10 users for
this.
Re comment #19 I use octave a lot for scripting. I have never used the ability
to run windows .cmd or .bat files and cannot imagine any reason to need it.
