Details:

Using current dev octave in Windows and running

__run_test_suite__ 


After the tests have run, doing a pkg list shows:


>> pkg list
Package Name        | Version | Installation directory
--------------------+---------+-----------------------
mfile_minimal_test  |   0.1.0 |
C:\Users\JDONOG~1.ECE\AppData\Local\Temp\oct-4tMptg\mfile_minimal_test-0.1.0
>>


Does not appear to do it in Linux.

No errors are reported in fntests.log.
