Follow-up Comment #26, bug #54622 (project octave):
"..., but I don't see an associated "close()" on that file when all done."
Meaning that it could be the dlmread() isn't properly closing the file so the
file isn't rewound before "fileread (fname)" of
file_content = ostrsplit (fileread (fname), "\n");
tries reading in the exact same ASCII that dlmread() processed.
