Reopening.
(not yet sure if OS should be Windows)

Whether the fix in comment #15 is to blame I don't know, but indeed dragging a
file onto the edit pane doesn't work now (and it does in 4.4.1 64bit idx).

Dragging text around has never worked for me but then I rarely use that.

(windows 7, dev version from 4 sept)
