Follow-up Comment #154, bug #49053 (project octave):

@Mike: Was there any change needed to have Qt figures work on Mac with Qt4
(that is not what the title says). If not then the attached patch (that
encloses the include statements in the same devicePixelRatio preprocessor
conditional) should be enough. Also I don't understand what would be the use
of QApplication::primaryScreen.
