Follow-up Comment #156, bug #49053 (project octave):
@Mike: Yes, John's latest changes provided a way to detect when a window is
moved from one screen to another and adapt the rendering accordingly.
Anyway, prior to Qt5 there was no "devicePixelRatio" method in QScreen [1] and
the Qt5 behavior of using "logical" pixels versus "physical" pixels was not
completely in place, so I don't know if porting this to Qt4 necessary or even
feasible (no issue reported against Qt4 builds).
