Follow-up Comment #5, bug #54718 (project octave):
Oops, I didn't finish.
2. I tested in octave-cli, and the current directory *is* correct, it is set
to the same as the working directory before calling '__run_test_suite__'.
Possibly due to some interference from the GUI? Race condition? Or a test that
only runs when the GUI is active or when the qt toolkit is available?
