[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #54746] llvm fails to be cross-built

Follow-up Comment #5, bug #54746 (project octave):

I just manually edited the Makefile in the mxe-octave dir to:
USE_CCACHE := no
and
USE_SYSTEM_OPENGL := no

(I suppose reconfiguring would make no diffference)

and then llvm (and the mesa packages) gets built fine (no errors).
