Follow-up Comment #17, bug #41674 (project octave):
The original bug is about memory usage on imresize. Half through the
discussion (comment #10) there's mentioned that imremap also uses meshgrid.
For that case, I pushed 736f6c0cd527 which completely removes the use of
meshgrid (it wasn't really necessary).
I didn't look into imresize yet.
