Follow-up Comment #12, bug #54920 (project octave):
There appear to be two separate problems:
1) The (lack of) error handling in the graphics thread causing the process to
abort.
2) The problem triggered by AutoScale
error: set: "cameratarget" must be finite
What is wrong with the state of the axis transform parameters
due to change to the transform before switching to log mode?
