Follow-up Comment #28, bug #44670 (project octave):
I checked in the change to have struct2hdl work with uiXXX objects. See
https://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/rev/a21d7d269472. I had to remove
the "extent" property from uiXXX objects before re-creating them since this
property is read-only. Because the processing of figures had become more
complex I segregated the code off in to a new function createfigure().
What more needs to be done before we can close this report entirely?
