Details:
Probably not a bug but an annoying thing during installation that I wanted to
mention.
At the end of installation, when the installer ran some scripts, my antivirus
(AVG) detected
Octave-5.0.91\usr\bin\gpg-agent.exe and
Octave-5.0.91\usr\bin\dirmngr.exe
and moved them to quarantine resulting in octave not working correctly.
The detection of AVG was perhaps rather based on behavior than on file
content, because when scanning the files, everything was ok.
I had to reinstall Octave by adding exceptions to the antivirus!
