@nrjank Thanks for noticing that, that is a separate bug, can you file that?
Something like "mkoctfile does not honor TMPDIR environment variable", I can
confirm the same thing on Debian, not just a Windows thing.
As a workaround you can use the TEMP or TMP environment variables instead.
