Update of bug #49216 (project octave):

Summary: title texts in qt plots are "ugly" => Some
fontname/size/weight combinations are rendered jagged/blurry in OpenGL

@Mike: I marked this bug confirmed because many people were able to show that
some fontname/size/weight combinations are rendered jagged or blurry.
The default fontname has changed since this issue was reported (we now
consistently use FreeSans by default on all platforms) and this happens to
lead to correct rendering by default. This does not change the fact that
LibreOffice or Gnuplot can renderer e.g. Calibri and Verdana correctly
whatever the weight/size, which Octave can't.
Updating the title to reflect the actual issue
