Follow-up Comment #35, bug #55786 (project octave):
Chances are Tatsuro either has additional native libraies that are causing it
to attempt to use different options in qtbase than we are seeing in unbuntu
18, or older libraries that are requiring something different.
Either way, probally need to look at the config.log from qtbase to see what
the differences were.
