Follow-up Comment #7, bug #55452 (project octave):
One minor doco issue: I think we should refer to these as "encodings" instead
of "code pages". Code pages are vendor-specific means for identifying
encodings; we're using the more-or-less-universal names for them here. And in
modern practice, where I've seen people use "code page", they usually mean
"Windows code page".
