Follow-up Comment #9, bug #55741 (project octave):
I pushed the following change for the stack_frame varval and varref warnings:

Changes like this are OK, but we should examine each case individually to
decide whether a using decl is really the best solution so I'm not just doing
this for all the warnings at once.
