When do we replace pkg by octave-packajoozle? ;-) Looks great, I just tested
it!
`pkj list -forge` 5.36779 seconds
`pkg list -forge` 85.1127 seconds
And the pkg version selection is great.

Unfortunately you are no student for GSoC, right? ^^ Recently, "Dildar Sk"
decided to work on improving pkg.
