Thanks Mike, setting OS -> "Any"

"_awkward but working_" - sure, and admittedly resizing undocked VE subpanes
wouldn't be a feature that will be used very often I suppose. (Although I
"need" to do that quite often and do it regularly in Matlab)

OTOH, IMO it does need improvement. This is unexpected behavior for many a
user.

Priority -> Low
