Follow-up Comment #1:
I looked through the code and the documentation for java.system.class.loader,
and I can't see anything we are doing incorrectly. Use of the
"-Djava.system.class.loader=XXX" is the way to override the system class
loader as far as I can tell. Another consideration is that this warning seems
to be issued only by OpenJDK, not the true Oracle VM. So, I think it just
exists and we have to live with it.
