Details:

After installation on Mac Mojave 10.11.6 are almost unable to click and open
octave from the Appliications because the center of the icon is empty
(transparent), and if we try to click on this area nothing will happen.

We need to click the space which has some colors (for example our blue
ellipsses or orange triangles)
