Update of bug #56956 (project octave): Status: None => Need Info _______________________________________________________ Follow-up Comment #1: sorry, I can't completely follow you. Did you enter just "D:" in the Destination folder box? I think that is not enough, you'd need to fill in a complete path. And which directory is meant with "elsewhere"? If you entered just "D:" chances are that it is interpreted as installing into the root dir of drive D: where you may not have write priviliges.
