Follow-up Comment #5, bug #56952 (project octave): Attaching a full backtrace from the segfault I showed in comment #4, if that helps anyone. At a glance, it looks to me like Qt objects are being deleted concurrently in 2 different threads, the Octave interpreter thread and the Qt event loop main thread.
