Follow-up Comment #6, bug #57447 (project octave):
Regarding Ctrl+9, what if we decide to add some more toplevel dock widgets?
What about Ctrl+F6, which is already used in some application (operating
systems?) for switching tabs or panes? Ctrl-Arrow (at least left and right)
are used for moving the cursor one word left/right in the editor.
