Follow-up Comment #9, bug #57033 (project octave):
I appended bug57033_spqr_rev2.patch. Tests in qr.cc-tst and sparse.tst are
passed, but some warnings are issued.
Changes:
1) Removed fill-reducing ordering for calls [R] = qr(A), [Q,R] = qr(A) and
[C,R] = qr(A,B).
2) If last argument of qr is "vector", a permutation vector is returned.
Otherwise a permutation matrix is returned.
