Thanks for review & pushing and polishing the English text, Rik.
Yeah I understand emotions about case :-) IMO it's unfortunate that Windows
completely ignores it in file systems.
Not meant as argument but rather as explanation: my motivation for strcmpi was
that this is about package names; do we accept different packages with names
that just differ in case? The current convention is that package names are
always lowercase, but maybe some day that'll change.
I see no reason for rejecting mixed-case package names other than convention,
or maybe a legacy from some restriction in days gone by. But that's just me,
and I don't say that convention is bad :-)
