Follow-up Comment #11, bug #57730 (project octave):
So I renamed sh.exe sh_5.1.exe and copied the sh.exe from Octave-4.4.1\bin to
Octave-5.1.0.0\usr\bin:
>> pkg install -forge windows
sh.exe: ./configure: /bin/sh: bad interpreter: No such file or directory
pkg: error running the configure script for windows.
error: called from
configure_make at line 82 column 9
install at line 184 column 7
pkg at line 441 column 9
