                 Release:                   4.2.1 => dev                    
                 Summary: Octave will not accept an install path that includes
any spaces => [MXE Octave] install in path that includes spaces

Follow-up Comment #8:

Moving towards Octave 6.1, should we default to a location in %PROGRAMFILES%
(or %PROGRAMFILES(X86)%) for the installation folder on Windows?

Installing a 64bit Octave on a 64bit Windows 10 with the attached patch works
for me and the test suite completes.
